  1. Services

Barton Springs Cleaning provides residential and commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services may include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and add-on services.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

  1. Booking & Payment

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We reserve the right to require a deposit for certain services, including first-time or deep clean appointments.

  • Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit card, ACH, or other approved payment methods.

  • For recurring services, clients authorize Barton Springs Cleaning to charge the card on file after each completed service.

  • Late or declined payments may result in suspension or cancellation of future services.

  1. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service price.

  • Same-day cancellations or lockouts may be charged up to the full service amount.

  1. Access to Property

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property at the scheduled service time.If our team is unable to access the property:

  • A lockout fee may apply.

  • The appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

  1. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We will return to address specific areas of concern at no additional charge.

  • Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of Barton Springs Cleaning.

  1. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Secure fragile, valuable, or sentimental items prior to service.

  • Inform us of any hazardous conditions or special instructions.

  • Ensure pets are secured during service.

Barton Springs Cleaning is not responsible for damage resulting from:

  • Pre-existing conditions

  • Improper installation of fixtures

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Unstable or unsecured items

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law:

  • Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service provided.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
